Save $5 by emailing your request for a quote or with your questions......... instead of calling!!
Email is the best way to contact us since it is free! We do not have telephone staff to answer calls full time. Emailing us is a quick and efficient process and we prefer that you do this, especially when you need a price quote. We add $5 to every price quote that we give over the phone to cover the cost of the toll free phone call you make to us. It costs us over .75 per minute to talk with you when you call our toll free number including staff time and other overhead/equipment. If you need a quote, save us money so we can save you money! E-mail us and we won't charge you a thing to ask questions or give you a quote!
Also, please do not email and call us for the same price quote. This causes confusion and doubles the work for us. Plus, we will add $5 to the quote that we gave you on email if you call for a quote too. We respond back to email very quickly and at all hours of the day and night. Your time is important to us. Close to 90% of our customer requests for quotes and questions on email are responded to within 2 hours (many times within just a few minutes!). If you still have not heard back from us after 24 hours, please send us a new request for a quote. Quotes are delayed when you do not fill out the form or do not provide complete information or your information is incorrect or inaccurate.

You can also not fill out the form and just email us at the email address below but remember, before we can give you any price information or a quote, we need all of the information that is on the quote form, so you might as well just fill it out and get it over with already!

We'll add $5 to the quote we give you because you called verses emailed us. We do prefer that you fill out our form and send it to us or email at the address above, not because we don't want to talk to you but because we don't always have the telephone staff to take your call. If you call and get our voicemail, press #1 and then leave a message. If you want us to call you back and give you a price quote, make sure you leave all the information needed like the exact product name, number of yards, and exact delivery address including city and zip code along with your full name and contact phone numbers. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR WORK NUMBER unless you plan on getting a delivery there! We typically need to reach you in the evenings or weekends so leave numbers (home and cell phone) that you can be reached during this time.

Below are the hours that we are open and deliver, but you can email us at any time for a price quote 24/7/365!! We answer emails and provide email price quotes at all times of the day and night! Can't sleep at 3am and want a price quote for your project? Send us your email. You just might get a response back before the infomercial on TV ends!!

Our Location
This is our most asked question. The answer is.....we're almost everywhere in the Puget Sound area! For all of the out of state people that come across our website, we are in the Everett, Bellevue, Seattle, Tacoma Washington area so no, we won't deliver to you in the state of Alabama!
We have multiple material storage yards in Snohomish, King and Pierce Counties so we're never really too far from you. We deliver in all 3 counties! The catch is that our storage yards are not open to the public.....at least until now!
Beginning February 4, 2012, we're opening one of our supply yards up as a new retail location (where you can pick up material yourself). We have limited materials available at the new location (right now) so call ahead to make sure we have what you want. We will be open on Saturday & Sundays from 10am - 2pm. Our entire line of products (and expanded weekday hours) will arrive in Spring/Early Summer of this year.
